ABloom Home Care

ABloom understands the desire of homebound individuals to be able to live their lives to the fullest despite their conditions. Thus, with over 24 years of experience in the home care industry, we provide a wide range of in-home support services to help them, as well as their loved ones, achieve an improved quality of life. Some services may require a fee.

The Green Chair Project

The Green Chair Project provides home furnishings donated from their community for families and individuals who have transitioned from experiencing homelessness or disasters and have secured sustainable housing. The reusable gifts are cleaned and repaired by volunteers and are presented in a way that promotes dignity and respect. The Green Chair experience encourages families to prioritize & make choices and empowers them to create their surroundings & rebuild their lives.

Foster Closet

Foster Closet was established for foster families of Wake and surrounding counties. Utilize items that you need for your placement. Clothing, toys, furniture, baby gear, and more. Keep what you need, and bring back what you don’t to exchange for items you need for your next placement.

AGAPE

Agape of NC exists to provide professional social services as a compassionate Christian outreach to children and families in need and to strengthen families.
